General Terms & Policy

All events require a deposit of $500.00 or 50% of total cost, which ever is less at the time of booking to reserve date and services |

Event must be paid in full two week in advance of the event date |

A Customer Agreement must be filled out and signed by both parties before an event is booked. |

If an event is cancelled, Kraus Family Catering retains deposit for said event. |
| • |
An event can be rescheduled and the deposit transferred to a new date. |
| • |
In all cases, Kraus Family Catering assumes no responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged personal property. |
| • |
Kraus Family Catering assumes no responsibility for an injury during an event, damage to property or damage to the hall/location. |
| • |
Minimum gratuity of $40.00 |
| • |
A 3.5% Service Fee (Waived when paid in advance with check or cash). |

We now accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. (Charges will be process through PayPal). |
